We supply high security perimeter mesh fence systems: Metal galv. mesh fencing panels, entrance / access gates and razor barbed wire. A variety of galvanized finishes as well as a variety of installation methods are provided for perimeter or boundary security fencing applications.

Fixing of Mesh Panels and Barbed Wire
Extension arms 70x70x6mm thick angles. Inclined outwards and welded to the top of the post prior to galvanising.
BS4102 standard Barbed wire
Straining posts at all ends and corners of the fence, at changes in direction and at intervals not exceeding 60 m on straight length of the fence.
Line wires 3.55 diameter, galvanized steel and strained tightly by means of eye bolt and stretcher bar or winders at each straining post.
Double line wire: First line wire threaded through adjacent rows of meshes
Second line wire strained in front of fencing wire ties at 150 c/c, 1.6 diameter galvanised steel wire
Galvanised mild steel dropoper 25x5mm thick plate
Dropper at center of each bay
8mm thick gusset plate welded to fence post prior to galvanising
6mm CFW fixed to struts using M16 bolts
Installation Notes
Mass concrete to be grade 30/20/S.
End of hollow sections to be capped or sealed.
All concrete faces to coated with two coats of bituminous paint.
All steel sections to be hot dip galvanised BS729 standard. Minimum coating weight 460 gram per square meter.
