What is 3D Wire Mesh Panel?
3D wire panels, often referred to as "3D wire mesh panels" are a composite construction material that typically consists of a three-dimensional wire panel sandwiched between two concrete or plaster layers. 3D wire panels are often used in building wall construction due to their structural strength and insulating properties, also popularly known as 3D Wall Panel.

How Does 3D Wire Panel Functions in both insulation and structural support for walls and roofs construction:
In a typical 3D panel, a wire mesh or steel grid might be used on both sides of a foam core, and then the entire assembly may be covered with concrete or another material. This construction provides both insulation and structural support.
3D wire panels are often used as a form of structural insulated panels (SIPs), consisting of a three-dimensional wire grid sandwiched around a foam core and typically covered with concrete.

3D Panel for Sandwich Wall Construction
Specification:
Fabricated of 76 mm (3 in) expanded polystyrene core that spans in a single piece from floor elevation to top of wall elevation.
Welded wire fabric, 50 mm x 50 mm (2 inch x 2 in) mesh, 2.52mm (12.5 gauge) wire, attached to both faces of the polystyrene core.
Welded wire mesh installed at 13mm from the face of the polystyrene core.
Welded wire mesh on each face to be attached to each other and the polystyrene core with diagonal truss wires.
Apply sprayed concrete (shotcrete) to a minimum thickness of 45mm (1-3/4 in) or as structural calculations require.
