Wire mesh and rope combined drapery is ideal rockfall containment system for slope consolidation and protection from slides. The net and fencing system is widely used for highway and railway projects. Featuring multi corrosion resistances: Galvanizing, zinc aluminum galfan coating, pvc coating. All materials are anti-corrosion protection treated by zinc galvanizing or galfan coating.
The mesh is installed in wide panels interconnected with joints.
The wire mesh is fastened on the slope with steel rope (minimum diameter 10.0 mm, minimum tensile strength of 1770 N / mm2 )
The wire rope is tied to edge cable anchors at the corners of the slope.
High tensile wire mesh netting covered over the slope and secured with anchor bolts to form a steel mesh drapery.
Rock safety netting is mostly wire mesh of galfan wire 95% Zn 5 Al% coated offering excellent corrosion resistance.

This slope face fencing barrier is composed of: Chain linked wire mesh, poles, tension wires and accessories, treated with hot-dip galvanizing and/ or plastic coating.
Wire fence height 1.25m, with poles spaced 2.50 m.
Mesh wire diameter 2.5 mm, mesh opening min. 50x50 mm.
Panel fence in 2.50 x 2.00 m.

Other accessories
All wires are tested to meet or exceed following quality, prior to manufacturing the mesh:
1. Tensile strength: the wire used for the manufacture of rockfall net drapery shall have a tensile strength between 380-550 N/mm 2, above EN10223-3 standard.
2. Elongation: Elongation shall not be less than 10%, according to EN10223-3.
3. Galfan coating: minimum quantities of galfan meet the requirement s of EN10244-2.
4. Adhesion of galfan: the adhesion of the galfan coating to the wire shall be such that, when the wire is wrapped six turns around a mandrel having four times the diameter of the wire, it does not flake or crack when rubbing it with the bare fingers, in accordance with EN10223-3.
5. Outwearing accelerated aging in accordance with EN ISO 6988.
